(hereinafter referred to as “Nissan Shatai”) is experiencing a decline in performance, the erosion of minority shareholders’ interests, and is facing the risk of delisting due to being controlled by its parent company, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “NISSAN”). We sent a letter to the management of NISSAN, the major shareholder of Nissan Shatai, on September 26, 2024.
