We believe that Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd. (“Daiwa House”) have been making opaque disclosures such that 101 business partners, including Bunka Shutter, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc., Daikin Industries, Ltd. , etc., have erroneously concluded that maintaining cross-shareholdings in Daiwa House is reasonable.
Therefore, as a major shareholder of Bunka Shutter, we have updated the campaign website to highlight this issue and demand that Daiwa House correct this situation.
