Strategic Capital, Inc. has a discretionary investment advisory agreement with INTERTRUST TRUSTEES (CAYMAN) LIMITED SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS TRUSTEE OF JAPAN-UP “Fund”. The Fund acquired about 2.85% of the outstanding shares of Japan Digital Laboratory Co., Ltd. (“Company”).
As of April 3rd of 2015, The Fund, Strategic Capital, Inc., has sent shareholder proposals to the Company for the up-coming annual general meeting of shareholders in June of 2015. The confirmation of the receipt by the Company has arrived and the announcement was made today.
